This morning, I woke up with a smile on my face. How did the smile came from? It came from a Facebook tag of my cousin, who was talking to my father.
The message was motivating. I don't know much about what they were talking, but I guess my cousin is having a tough time living in Florida. So my father says to her, "I'm waiting to be proud of you, my niece. You've got to fight until you win - don't give up. When you have passed all the obstacles in life, you'll see that there are people waiting to support you with their arms, telling you that you are good enough, just like others. Love you." When I saw this, I was amazed. Usually, my father is not a type to give others these kinds of messages. He's mostly quiet, and respected. I've never seen my father's soft side before. However, I'm very happy to see that our family has gotten closer together. Her father had also send me a similar message. He said he was proud of me because of many things I've accomplished. I never thought I would say this, but family can really motivate me to become better. It really feels amazing to make others proud.
